It’s important to be prepared ahead of time and to know what your options are in the event that the need for urgent veterinary care arises. Noah’s Animal Hospital & 24 Hour Emergency Center offers round the clock emergency care for all of your urgent veterinary care needs – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If you need us, anytime, day or night, we’ll be here for you!
Our hospital is equipped with a broad range of lifesaving resources to help us quickly and accurately diagnose and treat the critically ill or injured pet for the best possible outcome. We offer in-house bloodwork, digital radiography (x-rays), oxygen support, emergency surgery, an intensive care unit, and 24 hour monitoring for our patients.
When an emergency occurs, every second counts. Our staff is highly skilled and experienced in handling even the most complex and unusual urgent health care cases. They will work swiftly and efficiently to get the situation under control, conduct any necessary diagnostic tests and administer the appropriate care and treatment necessary at a moment’s notice. Patient’s that require hospitalization can be closely monitored, round the clock, in our hospital or intensive care unit. Our doctors will keep you informed of your pet’s progress at least once daily by phone. Visitation can also be arranged and is strongly encouraged.
Some of the signs that your animal companion may be experiencing a medical emergency include:

Of course, you know your pet better than anyone. If you feel that your companion may be in need of urgent care, please do not hesitate to call us immediately. It’s always better to be safe than sorry.
Whenever possible, we recommend contacting our hospital first, prior to bringing your pet in for treatment. This will give us the opportunity to assess the situation, provide advice and guidance on care that you can administer immediately to help manage the situation and possibly improve the outcome for your pet. Phoning ahead also allows us to better prepare for your pet’s arrival so that we’re ready to step in and assist the moment you arrive. Of course, if a phone call is not possible, do not hesitate to bring your companion in for immediate care and attention.
